Peach Bellini from Fratelli Pierozzi

On the search for a refreshing summertime cocktail? I know the drink for you.

I suggest the peach bellini; it truly tastes like summer. It adds a spin to your normal mimosa with a peach flavor instead of orange juice. This drink contains fresh peach purée, prosecco, and white peaches. Not only is this drink delicious and sweet, it is a refreshing dessert drink whether you have it at brunch or as a nightcap drink. You can get this drink just about anywhere and any time of the day. It pairs well with a wide variety of dishes!

To be honest, I normally don’t drink bubbly cocktails, but this particular drink came highly recommended throughout Arezzo. I love all things peach-flavored, so I was immediately drawn to try this cute drink. I also won’t turn down a glass of prosecco, so this was the perfect combination!

"The perfect summertime drink to stay feeling refreshed and happy." - Elizabeth Shapard

I was right. It was everything a summertime cocktail should be: refreshing, sweet, bubbly, and fruity. The peach puree overwhelmingly takes over the cocktail, but in the best way possible. Again, nothing beats a warm weather drink than when it is in a beautiful, fancy glass topped by a charming garnish filled with bright colors. It makes the experience that much better. The peach bellini checked all the boxes and is definitely a drink I want to try at more places.

The peach bellini exceeded my expectations and lived up to all the hype and endless recommendations. I highly suggest this drink for any time of the day when traveling to Italy! It is unmatched and you can order it at just about any bar or restaurant in Arezzo. Cheers to trying new cocktails, but of course, to bellinis!
